Feeds are not shown in Compass

Hi, facing the next with behaviour with Bitbucket cloud integration - there are no feeds from repo, while metrics are ok. Additionally tried to use incoming webhooks and curl API calls. I got 202 on each API call that's ok, but nothing on Compass side.

Previously I faced that some events are shown but with huge (couple of hours even more) delay.

I used free Compass for testing, but as I know there are no such restrictions.

Also Jenkins app integration, it could not be installed with error on Compass side. Anyone has a luck with it?

Are you referring to the Jenkins for Compass app? I'm the developer of that app so if you need a hand feel free to reach out to me, or describe your issue here. 

Just to mention, please make sure you also have the Jenkins Integration for Jira app installed, as the Jenkins for Compass app needs it to connect the indexed Jenknis data with your Compass components.

Just to make sure I'm understanding this right, you're saying that the events coming from the Bitbucket App aren't showing up on the Activity Feed in Compass, but the metrics are?

Also, regarding the Jenkins for Compass app, I'm afraid we can't help with that, as it is a third party app, and not maintained by Atlassian.

There is however a support tab for that app in the Atlassian Marketplace, which should allow you to contact the developer: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1234756/jenkins-for-compass?tab=support&hosting=cloud
