Hi all! I've updated our release timing in the original post - we're now looking at April 30, 2025 as the date when all customers will have this experience enabled!

is there any way you are able to tell me when exactly it will be enabled for my organization or can you disable it for my organization in advance?

I've been checking daily for the last two weeks whether it's been enabled or not since I need to disabled it asap for regulatory reasons. The time frame being extended now makes it even more frustrating and time consuming.

I agree with others that this new feature should be opt-in for space admins. It gets a bit tiring having new features always seem to be applied globally to all spaces which forces space admins to go opt out after the fact.

Hi @Rick Westbrock - thank you for your feedback! We believe that a majority of users will benefit from a collaborative feature like this - but understand this might not be the case for everyone. We will take all this feedback into account for future iterations :)

Hi @Jana Baldermann - I totally hear you out & understand why our timelines being extended could cause a frustrating experience on your end as you need to disable this feature ASAP for regulatory reasons. Thank you for sharing. 

All customers should have this experience enabled by end of April - so we're inching closer to that date! 

Your feedback is super valuable & we will take all this feedback into account for future iterations :)

@Shivani Gakkani I was commenting more in general about new features being enabled in all spaces. For example when we were in the beta for live pages some teams didn't want to have that enabled as the default for their spaces so they had to go disable it; in my opinion it would be better to deploy new features as disabled at the space level and leave it up to the space admins to enable as desired.

We didn't have a large number of space admins complain by any means so it's not a critical request for us, just something I thought I'd mention.
