Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Q1) Can you confirm that Atlassian now supports:
(a) Confluence Data Center support for AWS CloudFront CDN
(b) BitBucket Data Center support for AWS CloudFront CDN
Q2) Is the Confluence support for AWS CloudFront related to Custom Domains, or is it something else?
Q3) When will BitBucket support for AWS CloudFront be provided? I was under the impression that BitBucket historically requires static IP’s which I thought AWS CloudFront does not support. What has changed on this?
Hi @Monish Sharma ,
Just wanted to provide a quick update that CDN support is now available with Bitbucket Data Center 6.8, and this includes a single-line configuration for AWS CloudFront: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/enterprise/cdn
You can find additional information here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/bitbucket-server-6-8-release-notes-979409325.html
@Monish SharmaAs I have mentioned in one of your other question.
Confluence DC support CDN, and BitBucket DC is still to get CDN support.
This article here will resolve all your doubts - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/use-a-cdn-with-atlassian-data-center-applications-974378840.html
