Additional tools to analyse the confluence log file?

Hello from Austria!

I know there is a build-in scanner for analyzing the confluence log, but this tool only helps to fix some known issues.

Beside this which additional tools can you recommend for scanning and analyzing the log file; without such a tool it's nearly impossible to do the job in my opinion
An open source solution would be greatly appreciated.

I also would love to see some further documentation about this topic on the official pages!

The best is to copy/paste head of error and google around.
