Hi there,

after updaten Confluence 8.71 to 8.72 running on a windows server the tomcat quits with the error

SEVERE [https-jsse-nio2-8443-exec-2] org.apache.tomcat.util.net.Nio2Endpoint$Nio2Acceptor.failed Socket accept failed
java.io.IOException: The specified network name is no longer available
at java.base/sun.nio.ch.Iocp.translateErrorToIOException(Unknown Source)
at java.base/sun.nio.ch.Iocp$EventHandlerTask.run(Unknown Source)
at java.base/java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

I checked and double checked... ther is no difference between th installation and config of 8.71 to 8.72.
Confluence does not even start to write the confluence.log ...

Any suggestions?

Hi @Tim Schüder ,

please check if the port (8090 by deafult) is available and it is not busy.

Oh, that's long ago... I do not even know how I fixed it :-)

To be more precise : that's not an issue anymore.
