After upgrading to 7.13.0, we no longer can create shared links

After we upgraded to version 7.13.0, we got the following error when create "Share a link"

We can't create that blueprint right now. com.atlassian.activeobjects.internal.ActiveObjectsInitException: bundle [com.atlassian.plugins.atlassian-whitelist-core-plugin]

Hi Christopher,

I would personally first try clearing the Confluence plugin cache and restarting the instance (How to clear Confluence plugins cache).

If that doesn't help, please create a ticket for Atlassian support and give them the "support.zip" file. You can follow the instructions on Troubleshooting Problems and Requesting Technical Support
