Allowed access to projects

Hello I need to take another course

how do I do so that a particular user has access to a project but the others do not have access?

Eg
I design infrateste which only 4 users must have access
users:
- test
- test1
- test2
- test3

and user test4, teste5, test 6 and test 7 should not have access to the project infrateste.

Could you help me please?
