Hi all,

I am managing IT for a small company. We use Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket with a server license.

As Confluence server support will end in a few year we have to find a substitute for these services, because cloud is not an option (we have to protect our intellectual property) and Datacenter licensing is far too expensive.

Jira and Bitbucket can probably be replaced by gitlab.

XWiki seems to offer a mechanism to migrate confluence content (https://xwiki.com/en/Blog/Confluence-to-XWiki-migration-export-import/)

Do any of you have experience with migration to other tools?

What do you guys plan to do?

If you are migrating to Gitlab, you might want to take a look at Gitlab Pages too.
