For the past month, Atlassian Companion 1.3.1 has not been working with Confluence 7.4.11. The problem occurs when the user logs into Confluence and tries to edit the document. We tried using Firefox and Google Chrome but it would simply ask to download Atlassian when it was already installed.
The desktop is running on Windows 10 on Citrix virtual desktop.
Any help would be appreciated.

I suggest you open a ticket with atlassian support so that they take a look at the issue.

@Kenny Liu Was this working with an older version of Companion? As Fabian said, it is probably best to raise a support ticket so that we can look into your logs to diagnose the problem.
