Atlassian confluence server Installation/configuration stuck on setup/dosetupstart.action page

Hi All,

I have setup new confluence server edition, after the service up, on dashboard with <http://hostname:8090" hit http://openjdk-confluence-sandbox.s2.javaplatfo1phx.oraclevcn.com:8090/setup/setupstart.action 

Either of "trial installation" or "production installation" landing on "setup/dosetupstart.action" page

Note: Firewall is down on server

Anything specific in the logs that you can share? Without this hard to say what is going on in the process.
