Attached images not displaying in Gliffy

We have encountered an error where attached images on a page are not displaying in Gliffy under the Images menu.

Nothing has changed configuration wise on the server.

In this case I would suggest you to make a contact with the Gliffy Inc. that is the provider of the Gliffy plugin, so probably they will be able to provide you a better assistance with this third-party plugin, see below the contact details:
