Backup storage location when updating Confluence

Hi,

I've updated our on prem Confluence to 7.13.1. The instructions I followed are:

So far it looks OK. When I ran the installer, step 2c tells me to Backup the Confluence home:

I did this and will keep it for a while to ensure Confluence works fine after the update. But eventually I'll have to delete it as it takes up a lot of space. I was wondering where are the backup .zip files located?

Hi @Jason Yeung,

Backups are stored in the Backups folder below your Confluence home directory by default. That path can be changed, though and you might check the backup path on your own instance by following the guidelines described in this support article.
