Bamboo Spec Files trigger by only one repository

A bamboo plan clones two repositories. Because the spec files doesn't have a trigger: tag in it runs on every commit. The problem is that it runs on commits of both repositories.

In the bamboo UI it's possible to deselect a repository 

Is this possible in spec files too?
