Be GDPR Compliant: Erase user data

To be GDPR complaint, we want to erase the personal data of users who have left the organization. Users are managed in Confluence with external LDAP sync. Once users are removed from LDAP, these users are moved into section Unsynced from Directory.

I want to identify exactly when these users are unsynced from directory and erase/anonymize all their data programmatically.

If someone has achieved this, please help me with it.
