Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I work on a fast paced project and it's sometimes hard to keep track of all open issues at a Project Management level.
What I want is an Incident page similar to Decision log, that lists all open Incidents. The Incident Page will use labels to show all content with a general description. Incidents could be very similar to Decisions, so this macro seemed the obvious choice.
I've copied the layout and macros from the Decision Log page, but I cannot edit these to remove 'decision'. Is there a better way to achieve this?
Hi Richard,
Decisions Log is based on a Blueprint, and these are not possible to be edited. Blueprints are sets of templates and allow them to work together as a whole. Blueprints can only be created separately and require some development knowledge.
If you wish, you can create your own template, which works to create a single page. Have a look at our documentation on Page Templates for more information.

Shannon
thanks for responding Shannon.
I managed to get it done with one Template for an 'Incident' based heavily on Decision. I created a top level page for all Incidents using the Page Properties macro (in case any stumbles on this post in the future)
