Can I use filter on Text Field Name in Page Properties Report?

Revising Wording: The team wants to see a status report filtered by a report column, Phase, a header field created on a status report in Confluence. In the PPR filter, is there a way to filter the results so I can return, for example, only rows where the value is Plan?
