I have Jira Service Desk with a Confluence knowledge base space. In the confluence kb space I see that out of the box it has an "Overview" homepage.
As far as I can see this kb space overview homepage is not visible on our customer portal. Should there be a way to make it visible to external customers via the customer portal or is it an internal only page only for licensed confluence users?

You may link the Service Desk customers to the front page of the KB space by adding an announcement at the top of the portal: Adding announcements
Otherwise, we tested searching for a word on the overview page of the KB space from the Service Desk portal and it showed up as an article.
