Can not grant permissions to partner

Can not add a partner within the permissions in the space.  States that person can not be found.  But in the Admin settings you can see that the partner is in the User Group.  Is there another way to grant partner permission to a space versus the Permissions setting on the lower left side of the space?

Thanks for your response Pramodh.  This was occurring due to a indexing issue and it has been fixed.

Hi @Stephanie Hurt 

Did you try adding the user to a group and assigning the permission to the group instead?

Make sure the user or group you are assigning the permission has a license meaning the group has application access

Please attach the screenshot for reference if you are still facing the issue
