Cannot configure the setup up of confluence

Hello Everybody, 

My confluence redirect me after the start to the configuration sertup :

when I click on Production, I stay blocked on this screen 

And on the log file :atlassian-confluence.log I have this:

Anyone can help me please !!!

I installed a trial version of Confluence DC a few days back on my windows laptop, and I got the same screen. However, instead of refreshing the screen, I let it finish what it started. In a while the installation was finished and a new page appeared.

Did you try to wait a bit?

Hello Alex, I tried to wait a little bit, In this case I will let the window opened for an hour then see what It will return. I'll give you I feedback, thank you for your quick reply.

Yeeahh...no... I didn't mean for an hour. My installation finished in 5-10mins tops. Perhaps it's best if you open a ticket to Atlassian directly: support.atlassian.com/contact
