Cannot receive email notifications

Hi All

  We received the feedback from the user today that the user did not receive the corresponding notification when uploading the file in confluence. I tried to send the test email, but there was an error. I checked the log and found that this situation existed for a long time

I tried to replace the smtp server for testing and found that the problem still existed

Hi @arno 

I see the errors fail on the issue that the mailbox is full.

I would check with your mail admin the setup of the mailbox or empty the mailbox, you want to sent an email to.

Hi @arno 

Yo need to check the mailbox on the mailserver. If you can't have your system admins look into this.

This message has no relation to the Confluence server.

The storage limit attached to the mail address is full

We have checked the condition of stmp server, the storage is full, after cleaning, it has returned to normal, thank you for your support
