Hi,

I cannot update the add ons on Confluence and get the below error.

Where is the log to refer to for more information?

The log would be your atlassian-confluence.log. What OS are you running on? If it is Windows Server then the path would be C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Confluence\logs.

Hi Ella,

without checking the log files, there will be not much help here. I suggest opening a call at Atlassian (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/).

You've got your SEN already & as the issue is with the Universal Plugin Manager, they will come back to you within some hours.

Best
