Capacity planning with confluence ?

Hello, is there a posibility to use confluence for capacity planning...we have JIRA and Confluecne....but seems there is no way to plan workpackages and match them with percentage availability of Assignne for each project , to get a realistic planning of when the workpackage could be finished......anybody has an idea ?

I'm not certain how Confluence would assist here – Confluence at the end of the day remains a collaborative content tool, not a data reporting platform.
