Change date format of date lozenge

Is it possible to change the data format in a date lozenge without changing the language?

Right now U see "04 Nov 2019" and I want to change it to yyyy-mm-dd so I see "2019-11-04". 

Is this possible?

At this time, changing the language is the only way to modify the date format. We have a feature request below:

• CONFSERVER-35168 Date Lozenge Date Format and Sorting

Wow. Such a basic feature and its not implemented? And that feature request was implemented in 2014 -- 5 years ago.
