Hi,
Is it possible to use the isminorchange condition to prevent a page from changing states when updated? Currently I have my final state:
{state : Approved | final = true |rejected = Obsolete | updated = Draft}
I do want Approved pages to change into drafts if they're edited, hence "updated = Draft", but I also want a way to prevent that for minor changes. If the person editing the page unchecks "Notify watchers", I want the page to stay in the Approved state.
Can I use isminorchange directly in the state macro, or is there a way to accomplish this with an additional trigger?
Based on their documentation it would work, you will just have to give it a try.
The only issue is that people will forget about the unchecking to notify users so you will need a way to enforce that.
Can you point to the documentation where you drew that assumption from? I can't find any info about how that should look; is it like this?:
{state : Approved | final = true |rejected = Obsolete | updated = Draft | isminorchange = false}
