Changing Header and Footer with basic CSS

Kristina November 27, 2017

Hello,

I am trying to add a background color to the header and footer with basic CSS. Please let me know if its possible in confluence (cloud server) and where exactly?

Space tools -look and feel - PDF layout? or Header and Footer page? https://aetndigital.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/custompagecontent.action

Another question - how I can install plugins in order to change the Wiki page design and make it more user-friendly?

Thanks,

Kristina

Hi Boris,

Thanks for your reply. I do have a cloud confluence. That means I am not able to customize it at all? I wanted to add more color and icons to the pages. That is not fun.

Anyway, thanks!

That is correct.  You can't inject CSS into Cloud systems.

Not sure what you mean when you write "cloud server" since those are two different deployments. If you're in Cloud then you can't use custom CSS. If you are on Server you can. For Server there are a number of apps that allow you the ability to customize how things look. In Cloud there is 1 or two, but they don't really work because the APIs are not robust enough yet.
