Confluence 6.5.0 search problem

I moved spaces from confluence 5.3 to 6.5.0 and I have a problem with search in confluence. Not all pages with search terms are shown in search results. I try reindex and reindex from scratch, It did not help. I turned on debugging log4j but all messages looks fine. Please help me.
