Confluence 6.9.1 High CPU Usage on self hosted instance

Hi,

I am getting errors in confluence log. Confluence instance is using 70% CPU all the time.

• May be is time to  check whether you  have hardware requirements please  see article on  requirements  https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf59/server-hardware-requirements-guide-792499823.html
• If  not  then maybe is time to  increase RAM (available memory) see documentation. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-fix-out-of-memory-errors-by-increasing-available-memory-154071.html
