Confluence - Add More No Results Found Tips - Can more tips be added "Use more general search terms"

I would like to add more Tips to the No Results Found search results page. Where is this information to update?

No results found for a3:21. Please try one of the following suggestions:

• Use more general search terms
• Try removing or adjusting the Where, What, When, and Who filters

In Confluence 4, the search results page is rendered by the search.vmd Velocity template. It's located in /confluence/decorators directory.

Thanks for the response, I was able to find the file in question but it didn't contain the text that I wanted to Modify/Add more information.
