Confluence Macro to display the groups of which a user is a member of

Hi,

I'm looking for a Macro which displays the user and then in which groups this user is. The other way around is a standard Macro in Confluence the "User list macro" (https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf67/user-list-macro-945103145.html) but I'm looking for the other way around. has anybody any idea?
