Confluence Questions Cloud Edition unanswered filter doesn't work

I am using the Cloud Edition of Confluence Questions.  I have two Questions that don't have answers:

Yet, when I click the Unanswered filter, they don't show up:

Is there something I need to configure / setup to get the Unanswered Filter to work?

We are also testing the add-on and I am seeing this on the a server version as well.
