Confluence Search functionality through REST

Hi All,

I had issue with page search, when i try to search in confluence say with "R", I get around 8000 result but when i try to attempt and run using REST API through browser, I get only 50 records. 

We are currently using Confluence 4.3 and when i try to search came across the link which says fix for version 3.2. ""

Can some please help me on this, really appreciate for your response..
