Hi! I have a couple space admins that are super users and I want them to be able to open support tickets and/or participate in the confluence community however I don't want to give them site-admin, or confluence-admin because that gives them some global permissions....ie...adding groups/users, etc...
Is there a way to set the permissions that they can still use the support functions? I haven't asked them if they tried the community yet but will.
Hi @kristin whitaker ,
Your team members can access both resources. They don't need to be admins in order to access support or the Atlassian community.
However, admin privileges is good to have so when support needs information like logs and support zips, they can access directly. Also, at times, support may ask for SEN numbers from your license info and only admins has access to that specific page.

Thanks! I was told they need to be admins. I'm an admin so I understand that part is easier but I do have team members that are good at troubleshooting themselves that will not have admin access due to the level of controls we have on the content.
