Confluence cannot be accessed on localhost

Tried http://localhost:8090/ however i get error "page not found"

Jira software is running on the same server without any issues. 

Firewall is off. confluence service is running.

I dont even see confluence in the admin configuration options like i used to

Could you check what the end of the catalina.out and atlassian-confluence.log files say?
