I'm converting MoinMoin to Confluence. What is the raw markup syntax for Confluence global labels?

Does anyone know the underlying (possibly older) Confluence syntax for global labels? I've had success converting troubled MoinMoin to Confluence, but I can't find documentation of the raw code for labels.

Again, I have MoinMoin syntax for their Category tags.

In general, I've found the easiest way of converting problematic parts of MoinMoin to older Confluence. I'm looking for Confluence's old global labels syntax.
