Confluence fails to start

I've been running confluence server for approximately 2 years. I'm currently running version 6.6.0. The other night I restarted my server and not confluence will not start. I have confluence running on a VM so I even tried restoring the VM from a week ago and it still doesn't start. Catalina output log shows the following:

I even tried to update to 6.15.X and it has the exact same problem.
