Squads started using using the form on 13 -17 January 20202 and have experienced an error when trying to submit. No details are provided on screen, only states that details are available on server logs.
The Server team cannot pick up the details of the error under the logs.
User removed the email that is send after the submission of the record and it seems to be working - get a success message.
Tried various options to get the email working but the moment there is an email function the error is back. Need to put back the email function but first have to understand why it causes an issue.
With the email function still deleted the IFTTT rule to delete records on submission succeeds.
This indicates that only the IFTTT integration rule to send email is not working but other IFTTT integration rules seem to be working.
Seems like a question about ConfiForms app.
The logs are not presented to "non admin" users and only stored in the Confluence logs. This will show the exact reason why the form is failing to process all the rules
Regarding the "emailing" - you can setup the IFTTT to use Confluence queue (an option in the macro parameters) - this way, even if your email server is not available at the time of submit you will add the email notification into Confluence mail queue and eventually it will be processed by the queue
which formular framework do you use? Confiforms? Or another one?
Please ask the vendor of the app directly.

As I have explained in my other comment - consult with server side logs. The exact reason will be logged in Confluence logs on the server.
