Confluence ios app loops on logon

Hi, 

Confluence App for iPhone hangs before the logon screen appears. In only one of our tests, the logon screen appeared after 15+ minutes. Proxy logs do not show an explanation. 

Android phones work fine ... Also Android phones will be able to logon when using a browser. iPhones have problems with Safari and Chrome, fields to logon are displayed but when a users clicks on user name, the cursor will immediatly switch to the password field. 

We have no idea where to look. Does anyone have an idea?

our environment: 

Proxy supports TLS 1.2;  Confluence server is up to date (6.15.5 on Dev and 6.12.1 on Prod); iOS is newest; Confluence App also.

Good day! Hope all is well outside of your issues with the iOS app.

My recommendation here would be to first bypass your proxy, and see if you're able to connect without it. You can also try disabling any 3rd party integrations, such as SAML or SSO and see if you're able to login directly to the Confluence instance that way.

Please let me know under which conditions you are able to login to your iOS app and it will help to narrow down the issue.

thanks for your feedback on this. Our analysis will continue end of July due to availability of several persons. Meanwhile I tried to access SM-15252 but I'm not allowed to. Is there another way to access the information
