Confluence is show deleted file in the Search

Is there any way to prevent the Confluence Search from showing deleted file or page?

Is it a Confluence Server or Cloud?

A bug was reported on this a while back and it seems to have been solved. However, you might be facing the issue again. 

Here's a workaround

1. Delete the attachment from the trash by going to Space Tool > Content Tools > Trash > choose the deleted attachments > Delete
2. Purge the trash by going to Space Tool > Content Tools > Trash > purge

Is there anyway to apply this change to all the spaces instead of going through one space at a time to trash it?

According to me, there's no native way to do this, however, there are plug-ins which are available from what I read. (Though it involves a 'high-risk' factor)
