Is there any possibility to change message that appears when one of the employee try to login and don't have access permission to our Confluence instance. I want to add to page "Not Permitted" some text "... Please contact someone@company.com..."
I can't find it in Confluence administration page, but maybe someone of you know name of the file where it could be changed?

You can customize your Confluence Server login page by editing your login.vm file.
Keep in mind that this kind of modification is not supported by Atlassian and changing files like this can result in unwanted results.
As a good measure, here are some precautions:
- Backup the file you are going to edit
- Try the changes in a test instance first
- Schedule some downtime for Confluence when you need to implement the changes to production
