My Confluence instance will not come up. I just installed an evaluation of Gliffy and was working with it when the site stopped working. Not sure if that is related. When I looked for troubleshooting methods, I found the following link for help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/troubleshooting-problems-and-requesting-technical-support-776659671.html
However, the suggestions listed at the top all assume that you are logged in and can troubleshoot from there. ie. (Run healthcheck, run in safe mode. etc..) Is it possible to create a support zip if I can't bring up the site?
** Additional info. **
The Atlassian Confluence service is stopped. When I try to restart, it appears to but comes back as stopped after as short time.
Any suggestions on what steps I should take next would be appreciated.
Thanks
Hello,
Have a look in the confluence log file. You can find more info here:

Yeah, I began to look through those, but wasn't sure which files were relevant or what to look for. I'll study it some more to see what I can find. Thanks If you have any further suggestions, please let me know.

I'm seeing the following message: "Unable to create a tracker when osgi is not running" Any thoughts?

I saw the following link and then also mention Gliffy: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Unable-to-create-a-tracker-when-osgi-is-not-running/qaq-p/263282

It seems a bit unreasonable to have to re-install the software to get this working again. I'm wondering if there is another way to solve this. We are early in our use of the product. Most of what has been done has been by me. If I have to reinstall, would it reuse the current state of my confluence instance or would I lose my work?

Try to start Confluence in safe mode and then delete the plugin. You can find more info here:
Go to the Safe startup to the rescue part.
