Confluence performance improvement

Hi!

our confluence instance performance has reduced (takes longer than usual time to load). How do I identify the reasons of slow performance. I tried enabling profiling but it didnt help much.

I want to know from where shall I start and How/what do I identify/monitor and fix.

Hi,

Page profiling would help if only pages are taking some time to load. A performance problem could have various of causes, for example memory allocations, DB and tomcat configurations, GC, third-party applicatinos, and many more.

You may need to check in the Confluence home directory/logs/atlassian-confluence.log for errors to check if there is any errors related to this.
