Having license issues with confluence where the system is reporting we have 11 active users despite all but 10 are disabled
- License Detail shows "11 of 10 available"
- User Management page shows all but 10 users are disabled (11 total)

I have worked around this temporarily by disabling an additional user and now the Lic Detail shows 10 active users, Users shows only 9 are not disabled.
