Hi community!
My company got a server license version of confluence. I overwrite the whole confluence by mistake. When I try to restore from a backup (27 Gb), the process is stuck for several hours. Should i just wait? The estimating time keep increasing, i am desperate now. Anybody encountered same situation?

Personally I have not restored a backup that huge in size (27GB), but to start with I would check application log files (such as atlassian-confluence.log, which can be found in the <local-home>/logs directory, to see if there are any errors/warnings and if the backup is progressing. If you cannot wait and need urgent help you can also raise a support ticket to Atlassian Support who can guide you with this.
Thank you Kishan. It seems the restoring is still processing, but very slowly. I checked the support, but their server version is discontinued so I can not renew my license...
