Content Report Table macro

Jamie Powell-Smull February 6, 2017

I have assigned a label that is clearly defined on specific pages but the Content Report Table will not display the pages. It displays 'No content found.' Thanks.

Hi Jamie,

You've got the right permissions, you've got the right space in the macro, the labels have been there long enough to be indexed, so all other things being equal the most likely scenario is that you need to re-index Confluence.  I say this because whilst the permissions and macro options are will always work, sometime the page index needs a manual "kick" for [whatever reason].

Your alternative is probably to put a support ticket into Atlassian, but they'll suggest you try a re-index before anything else.  Can you let us know if that works?  It'll help other people who are troubleshooting the same problem in the future.

Hello, I have entered the right space in the macro. I have permission to the pages the labels are on. The labels have been there for over 36 hours. All of my other content reports work correctly. Thanks

Hi Jamie,

Have you entered the right Space(s) in the macro options?

Do you have permissions to the pages that the labels are on?

Have the labels been on the pages long enough for the search to index them?
