Create JIRA tickets from an anonymous space

Is it possible to create a Confluence form for non licensed users to submit requests to JIRA?

If you can use our app - ConfiForms  - then the answer is yes.

You can set up a service account to communicate with your Jira and use that connection/account to create Jira issues

Hi Alex, 

Thank you for your response.

We are using Proforma forms already in our organization and unfortunately, I don't think we could purchase another add on for this purpose.  I was looking into JIRA's issue collector but it seems a bit limited.
