Hello i do want to create a pictue of the WBS of the Projects on a  confluence page. Instead of attaching a file , could i make something like a Smart art in Confluence ? Is there a function like the Smart Art Graphic Function in Word ? to create such a picture ??

If what you are looking for is editable artwork that automatically updates, then Lucidchart, draw.io and Gliffy (and probably other options) can do something like that.

is there also something cost free ? it must not automatically update , just as the smart arts in Office that would be fine already

I don't know of any free graphic add-ons for Confluence. Can you describe more of exactly what you are trying to accomplish? Maybe show a screenshot of something produced in Office that you want to replicate.

I'd agree with Milo on this - there's nothing free that would do this easily, and most users would reach for Gliffy or Lucidchart to do it.  It should also be possible with the Graphviz or UML add-ons, but again, paid options.

If you've got some of the free formatting add-ons for Confluence, you could probably build something that can represent this in tables, but it won't be a diagram like that.

The one that springs to mind is the Adaptavist "content formatting" ones - they contain things like lozenge macros that can help you colour and reformat text.

But that could be a bit of an advert, as I work for them.  You'll have to take my word for it that I'd have said the same even if I didn't work there.  (Even though they're free, there are advanced functions in there that are paid)

Best option is to use "find new add-ons" in the add-on management section of Confluence in the admin section
