We'd need a bit more information to know what the problem is. Are you seeing anything in your error logs? What link are you referring to?

Can you also expound a bit on what you're trying to do? Are you creating a User Macro to use in Confluence, or are you developing an add-on? If you're developing an add-on, please be advised that this forum is more for general usage questions regarding our products.

We have a separate forum for developing for our products, and that is community.developer.atlassian.com. You might have better luck asking any development questions you might have there.
