Display JIRA issues macro error

Hello!

I use jira issues macro on my confluence page it works just fine. But when it displays column with user custom field, it displays onlyn login and don't resolves username. In same time Asignee and reporter fields are resolved.

Confluence and Jira databases contains same users.

Due to the level of complexity of the case, I'd suggest to create a support ticket to us at https://support.atlassian.com and our engineer will assist you further on this. In the issue, please attach the following logs and also the related screen shots depicting the problem:

• Support Utility Zip - It can be retrieved by going to *Browse > Confluence Admin > Atlassian Support Tools > Support Zip*, tick everything and click *Create*.
• Entirety of your latest JIRA logs and your application server log files for further review:
  ** UNIX: $JIRA_INSTALL/logs/catalina.out or
  ** Windows: $JIRA_INSTALL/logs/stdout and stderr
