Do we have any app that allows JIRA data in confluence by static ?

I know we can use wiki format and tell confluence not to referesh jira data on page load but that is easily missed when users creates the page or use the jira issue macco.... 

We are looking to see if there are any aopp that allows JIRA data in confluence by static and only on request (or performining certain action) till refresh the data.
