Does Atlassian have human resources tool

I'm looking for a tool to track both open, confidential and highly confidential information within the Atlassian suite? The tool needs to provide very secure access to some information yet allow other information to be available.

You can do permissions a couple ways in Confluence.

You could have separate spaces for each of your confidentiality levels and then just assign certain groups or users to each of the spaces as fits your needs. Then add users to the groups. They will only see what their group has access to see. So, that is Space level acess.

You can also assign permissions within a space by adding a restriction to a page. Restrictions can be to users or groups. If you assign a view restriction to a page that will cover that page and all its children.
